Jessica Jolly Spain practices family law, including divorce, child custody and support, as well as guardianships, adoptions, workplace sexual harassment training, wills, trusts, and estates. She has worked extensively in matters involving family issues and is adept at attentively handling the multifaceted nature of family litigation.
Jessica has previously served as Treasurer for the Decatur Bar Association, and volunteers her services at a local housing ministry for women. She is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, and the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi.
She studied law at Southern Illinois University and the College of Law, London, Bloomsbury. She earned her B.A. from the University of Illinois, Springfield, where she graduated with honors. She is admitted to the bar of the State of Illinois, and the Federal Bar for the Central District of Illinois.
